The Lammertal valley lies between the Salzkammergut and the Dachstein massif, where alpine charm meets sweeping mountain views. What are the check‑in and check‑out times
Check‑in is from 4:00 PM, check‑out until 10:00 AM. These times ensure the chalet can be prepared for the next guests to the same standard of cleanliness and comfort.
How does key collection work
You can pick up your keys at the reception in the main building at the entrance to the resort. The staff will provide brief information about your stay and direct you to the chalet.
Where can I park
Parking is available on the access road, approximately 40 metres from the chalet. You can unload your luggage comfortably at the entrance and then move your car to the parking area.
What if we arrive with two cars
A second car can be parked in the main resort parking area. Parking is free of charge.
Is there Wi‑Fi in the chalet
Yes, fast and stable Wi‑Fi is available throughout the entire chalet.
Is there a washing machine or dryer
A washing machine and dryer are available in the main resort building, approximately 200 metres from the chalet.
Is the kitchen fully equipped
Yes — the kitchen includes a combination microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and full kitchen equipment.
Is the sauna included in the stay
Yes, the sauna in the main building is available to guests free of charge.
Is there a swimming pool
Yes, the pool is located in the same building as the reception and sauna. Access is free for guests.
How far are the ski lift and slopes
The Donnerkogelbahn cable car is about 2 minutes by car. The nearest ski slope is around 400 metres on foot and connects directly to the Donnerkogel area.
Are there hiking trails nearby
Yes — the area offers several pleasant routes for easy walks as well as more demanding mountain hikes. Options range from easier T3 routes to challenging T5–T6 tours, including via ferrata. In summer, the Donnerkogelbahn is usually in operation, providing easier access to higher elevations.
How can I get a 5% discount on ski passes

What is the Tennengau Card and how do I get it
The Tennengau Card is a regional guest card offering benefits and discounts on transport, attractions, and activities throughout the region. You receive it automatically at check‑in at the reception — free of charge and valid for the entire duration of your stay.
Is there a supermarket or restaurant nearby
In Annaberg you will find the ADEG Quehenberger supermarket, where you can buy groceries
and everyday essentials.
Small items (e.g. drinks or snacks) can also be purchased at the resort reception.

Larger supermarkets such as Billa or Interspar are located in nearby Abtenau.
How does payment work
Payment is made online during the booking process. A refundable deposit of €350 is also required, which is returned after departure if everything is in order.
What are the cancellation conditions
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the date and type of reservation. They are displayed directly during the booking process on the Alps Resorts website.
